Let us help you with your marine engine replacement or repowering
We understand that the decision to change an engine is a big one for most owners. With decades of expertise in engine installation and replacement, servicing and repair we’re well qualified to walk you through the options.
A discussion with our team will often yield important additional considerations and, whilst we are main dealers for Yanmar and Vetus marine diesel engines, as boat engine replacement specialists we also regularly supply and fit other brands such as Volvo Penta and Beta. We’re guided by the best technical solution rather than narrow allegiance to a specific brand. We may even have the right engine already in stock.
Our team work with all engine types and transmissions including:
We can also advise on gearboxes, fixed and folding propeller selection, rope cutters, upgraded sound insulation and fire suppression systems. We may even be able to help release value in your old engine with a trade-in or brokerage sale. Whether you’re looking to replace an old engine or embark on a major overhaul of an existing one, we are the go-to people in Plymouth.
A quiet, modern engine installation really can breathe new life into your vessel, overcome nagging doubts about reliability and enhance your enjoyment.
